In his showing career, Jacob was awarded 1 Challenge Certificate, 4 Reserve CCs and 1 CACIB; in my view he was almost a Show Champion!
Jacob was full of enthusiasm, loved to be the centre of attention and was keen to prove his working instincts by carrying a cuddly toy or rubber/tennis ball at any opportunity when he found them, and didn't hesitate to get in amongst brambles/nettles to flush out a bird or bunny!
Jacob was DNA health tested (pra-prcd Normal ; FN Normal) and sired blue roan and orange roan, lovely type of puppies with outgoing character.
